Simply put, we care about our clients.
Our mission is to provide the best real estate experience to our clients, raise the bar for service in the real estate industry and to make a difference in our community while we do it.
City Properties Inc is doing things a little different; focusing on all of the marketing for agents so agents can focus on providing the best service.
Getting into real estate is very much starting a business. A new agent is often in charge of marketing, learning real estate, showing homes, writing contracts, managing transactions and providing what level of service from the energy that is left.
With us, we handle marketing and coordinating transactions for our agents so they can focus on finding buyers home or selling homes with the most attention to detail and providing better service.
Our agents don’t operate out of scarcity, which helps us make sure that the client’s needs are always first while taking care of our agents. In abundance, we can give more back to our clients.
Because we provide all of the marketing for our agents, we can hire the very best agents. Our agents are well trained and have full time mentors always available for them, so you’re getting multiple agents to help make sure you’re getting the best deal with us.
We give back. A portion of every commission we receive goes to No Kid Goes Hungry and to Tennyson Center for Children. We believe the children are our future and we’ve chosen these charities after being asked to pick a charity that would describe what we needed when we were younger. Each new agent gets to add a charity.
No Kid Goes Hungry-When you become part of No Kid Hungry, you're joining a movement of teachers, chefs, community leaders, parents, lawmakers and CEOs with a shared belief: no kid in America should go hungry.
The program provides school breakfast, after school meals, meals during the Summer and also teaches parents how to cook healthy. https://www.nokidhungry.org/who-we-are
Tennyson Center for Children-Tennyson Center for Children has served Colorado’s most neglected, abused, and traumatized children since 1904. We provide a safe, stable home for kids 5-18 who are facing critical circumstances and need residential care; an accredited, therapeutic K-12 school with a 3:1 student-to-staff ratio on our campus; and in-home and community services in 15 counties across the state to provide preventive services and therapy to strengthen families with children aged 0 to adulthood.
In 2019, Tennyson Center for Children began leading a collaborative statewide initiative called Rewiring, which seeks to ensure that families remain safely together and eventually reduce the number of children and families involved with the child welfare system.
Their mission: We work with every child and family impacted by trauma to realize their infinite possibilities. https://www.tennysoncenter.org/
